Job Opportunity

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to leverage AI-driven innovation and automate processes across Amazon's business operations.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of LLMs, automation platforms, and APIs. They will be responsible for designing and deploying AI workflows that optimize data analysis, streamline operations, and improve decision-making.

Key areas of focus include:

AI Workflow Design & Automation
  • Design, build, and maintain AI agents and tools using LLMs and open-source models.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using platforms like Make, n8n, Zapier, and API integrations with Amazon tools (e.g., Vendor Central, Helium 10, Amazon Ads).
  • Create dashboards and GPT-powered copilots to support internal teams across SEO, content, supply chain, promotions, and advertising.

Additionally, the successful candidate will:

Collaborate with Leadership & Team Members
  • Partner with leadership to identify AI opportunities across the Amazon business and rapidly prototype solutions.
  • Lead AI adoption initiatives across the company, including training team members and building internal playbooks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
  • Deep familiarity with ChatGPT and/or other LLM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms (e.g. Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar).
  • Experience with APIs and working knowledge of tools like Python or JavaScript (preferred but not required).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a desire to solve complex business problems through data and automation.
