Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Britannica Home Fashions, Inc. Full time

Location: Bengaluru, India

Type: Full-Time

Team: Amazon & eCommerce Strategy

Position Summary

We are looking for an AI-native eCommerce Analyst and Automation Developer to join our Amazon team. This is not a traditional analyst role, we're searching for a technically skilled operator fluent in the use of AI, LLMs (like ChatGPT), and no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier) to build automations, custom GPTs, and tools that supercharge our Amazon business.

You'll play a critical role in designing and deploying AI workflows that streamline operations, optimize data analysis, and improve decision-making. From automating ad campaign optimizations to creating intelligent systems for SEO, catalog management, and promotions, your impact will be immediate and far-reaching.

In parallel, you will support a range of traditional eCommerce responsibilities, becoming a key player in the end-to-end execution of our Amazon strategy.

Key Responsibilities

AI, Automation & Agent Development (Primary Focus)

  • Design, build, and maintain AI agents and tools using LLMs (eg. Custom GPTs), and open-source models.
  • Automate repetitive processes using platforms like Make, n8n, Zapier, and API integrations with Amazon tools (e.g., Vendor Central, Helium 10, Amazon Ads).
  • Create dashboards and GPT-powered copilots to support internal teams across SEO, content, supply chain, promotions, and advertising.
  • Partner with leadership to identify AI opportunities across the Amazon business and rapidly prototype solutions.
  • Lead AI adoption initiatives across the company, including training team members and building internal playbooks.

Amazon Business Operations (Secondary Focus)

  • Conduct analysis on product performance, customer trends, and promotional ROI using Amazon Retail Analytics, Vendor Central, and Helium 10.
  • Monitor and ensure catalog compliance, A+ content optimization, and keyword ranking growth.
  • Collaborate with advertising and SEO teams to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Assist in building scalable systems for performance tracking, demand planning, and inventory forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 Years of industry experience.
  • Deep familiarity with ChatGPT (including Custom GPTs), and/or other LLM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms (e.g. Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar).
  • Experience with APIs and working knowledge of tools like Python or JavaScript (preferred but not required).
  • Passion for building intelligent workflows that reduce manual effort and unlock productivity.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a desire to solve complex business problems through data and automation.
  • Familiarity with Seller or Vendor Central and Amazon Ads.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • You are passionate about eCommerce, specifically Amazon.com.
  • Constantly experiment with new AI tools and love finding ways to automate your workflows.
  • Are energized by building things that scale and eliminate tedious tasks.
  • Think like an operator but build like a technologist.
  • Are looking for a role where you can be both the architect and the executor of AI innovation.
