Mechanical Incharge Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Mechanical Incharge to undertake daily site operations.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee crane planning, mobilization, and heavy material movement with ease.
  • A key responsibility of the role is to supervise WTG installation activities, ensuring alignment with drawings and specifications.
  • The successful candidate will allocate work to contractors and engineers; monitor labor, tools, and equipment.
  • Conducting site inspections and verifying material readiness, safety, and compliance is also an essential part of the job.
  • Ensuring proper execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts is crucial to the success of the project.
  • Coordination of contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks will be another key responsibility.
  • Supporting customer inspections and ensuring timely sign-off of milestones (WCC) is vital to maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Resolving execution and commissioning queries through cross-functional coordination is also required.
  • Additionally, the Mechanical Incharge will approve crane movement routes and ensure lift planning is in place.
  • Validating the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures is another critical task.
  • Leading the establishment and operation of site repair facilities will be a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in wind project execution and be willing to work across India.
