Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EPM professional to join our team as an Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) Principal. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in EPM, with a strong background in implementation and application development. You will be working closely with technical experts to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management system.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing applications architecture for Oracle FCCS
  • Serving as the application design point of contact for FCCS Analyst Teams
  • Providing solutions to existing architecture designs on the current system
  • Collaborating effectively with other groups

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • EPM experience of 8+ years
  • Implementation experience of EPM cloud with strong application development process, experience on FCCS/HFM, and good knowledge on consolidation process
  • Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
  • Desired functional knowledge of income statement, balance sheet, different methods of consolidation, and their calculations and disclosure in financial statements
  • Sound functional knowledge of finance, accounting, general ledger, sub-ledgers
  • Sound knowledge of financial reports and SmartView reports
  • Good communication skills
  • Travel readiness
