Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Architect

Role Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a global company as an Oracle EPM Cloud Architect & Lead to deliver high quality Solutions to meet the demands of our Oracle Cloud EPM Customers.

This role will be responsible for architecting & leading the implementation, simplification, standardization, automation, maintenance, and support of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions across the organization.

Education:

Master/bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Required

• Should have deep knowledge and expertise with Oracle Cloud EPM Suite
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• 7+ years of total experience with at least 5 + years of experience as a lead EPM Consultant with multiple implementations
• Extensive Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation, Development, Enhancement and Support experience with multiple EPM applications – (ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service), EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), TRCS (Tax Reporting), PCM (Profitability and Cost Management), EDM (Enterprise Data Management), Narrative reporting)
• Experience is understating As-Is architecture and rearchitecting EPM Applications to simplify overall architecture and support
• Experience with the Agile Software Development Lifecycle
• Ability to execute projects and enhancements
• Identify areas for continuous improvement to simplify, streamline and automate processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapid, fast changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
• Ability to understand business needs, maintain strong cross-functional relationships, and identify potential business cases for evolving technologies
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning and close process
• Ability and willingness to learn new applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Certification in Oracle EPM is a big plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, implementation, streamlining, automation and support of Oracle EPM solutions, including but not limited to ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service), EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), TRCS (Tax Reporting), PCM (Profitability and Cost Management), EDM (Enterprise Data Management), Narrative reporting
• Provide subject matter expertise, technical expertise and guidance to the team on Oracle EPM best practices.
• Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) process transformation capabilities with special knowledge in account reconciliation, close/consolidation, planning, budgeting/forecasting, and reporting/analytics
• Leading the design and implementation of enhanced EPM processes; redesigning the close process, budgeting/forecasting processes
• Develop technical/functional documentation including but not limited to requirements, design, code testing and end user documents, etc.
• Establish relationship and conduct communication with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ability to work across teams including business stake holders, functional and technical teams
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle EPM solutions.
• Collaborate with Oracle EPM developers and analysts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle EPM solutions.
• Stay up to date on the latest Oracle EPM technologies and trends.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new Oracle EPM solutions.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM solutions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets for Oracle EPM projects.
• Research/resolve the reconciliation results of data integrations to assure the data integrity of the system.
