Job Summary

We seek an accomplished finance leader to oversee our accounting operations and ensure seamless execution of financial tasks.

The Role

  • Financial Governance: Manage and monitor daily accounting activities, including billing, accounts receivable, payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and inventory accounting.
  • GST Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on all GST-related matters. Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.), handle reconciliations, and manage GST audits or departmental queries.
  • SAP Business One & SQL: Own the finance module in SAP B1. Utilize advanced SQL skills to develop custom financial reports, create complex queries, and work directly with the SAP backend to extract and analyze data.
  • Closing & Reporting: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with statutory regulations, including TDS, TCS, Provident Fund, ESI, and other requirements under the Companies Act.
  • Audits & Controls: Act as the primary point of contact for statutory and internal auditors. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and develop the accounting team to foster a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
