Senior Program Manager Job Description

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for leading initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and reduce churn. As a Senior Program Manager, you will oversee the development of strategies to improve the customer support experience.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the customer experience, focusing on efficiency, automation, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to design and implement new technologies that improve customer interactions and resolve escalations more effectively.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
