Job Overview

Genpact is seeking a skilled Process Developer to drive operational adaptation and improvement across various departments. This role involves identifying areas of opportunity, leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

This position requires an individual with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve critical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect and analyze data to enable informed decision-making and support audit functions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client processes and policies.
  • Demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis to drive process improvements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Contract Admin/Order Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (B.Com).
  • Proficiency in SAP (OTC module) and End-to-End OTC knowledge.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a night shift environment.
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Master Data.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
