We are seeking a skilled and experienced systematic trader who can develop, implement and manage quantitative trading strategies across equities and derivatives.

This is a contractual position offering exceptional opportunities for performance-based profit sharing.

  • Develop and optimize systematic trading algorithms and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct rigorous back testing and statistical analysis of trading models to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Monitor real-time trading performance and risk metrics to identify areas for improvement and maximize returns.
  • Implement effective risk management protocols and position sizing methodologies to minimize losses and maximize gains.
  • Collaborate with our technology team to enhance trading infrastructure and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of trading strategies and performance to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in systematic/algorithmic trading with verifiable results.
  • A deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling and risk management.
  • Experience with market microstructure, execution algorithms and latency optimization.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or a related field.
  • Professional experience at hedge funds, prop trading firms or investment banks preferred.
