Job Description
The Payroll Executive will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, managing timekeeping and attendance systems, communicating with employees regarding payroll-related queries, utilizing payroll software to maintain employee records, administering leave management processes, and handling Full & Final Settlement procedures.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll data with precision and meet deadlines
- Implement effective timekeeping and attendance systems
- Develop strong communication skills to address payroll-related inquiries
- Leverage payroll software for record-keeping and report generation
- Coordinate leave management procedures
- Ensure smooth execution of Full & Final Settlement processes
