Our organization is looking for a seasoned Treasury Manager to oversee our financial operations. As a crucial member of the finance team, you will be responsible for assessing funding needs, analyzing and executing hedging and funding activities, managing treasury functions, and collaborating with the business to minimize financial risk.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and banking, preferably holding a CA qualification or MBA. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a similar role is required, with expertise in treasury management, accounting, FX, liquidity, cash flow, and various financial instruments. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's treasury function, including cash and liquidity management, hedging and funding activities, and bank relationships.
  • Analyze and perform hedging and funding activities, including Forex, swaps, loans, and deposits.
  • Cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting.
  • Managing treasury operations and controls, including cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging, and other treasury-related tasks.
  • Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk and ensure compliance with all banking and treasury regulations.
  • Develop and implement treasury-specific projects and initiatives across the region.
  • Monitor bank relationships and liquidity management, ensuring that all banking and treasury compliances are met.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance and/or Banking, preferably with CA qualification or MBA.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in treasury management, accounting, FX, liquidity, cash flow, and various financial instruments.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good MS office skills, including presentation skills.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English.
