Technical Writer and Content Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer and Content Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for crafting clear, engaging, and visually compelling content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality technical documentation such as product guides, process docs, SOPs, and white papers.
  • Design and develop presentation decks for internal and external audiences.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and leadership to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Drive communication strategies that improve cross-functional clarity and engagement.

Qualifications

  • 35+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar presentation platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or cross-functional environment.
  • Basic design or visual storytelling experience.
  • Familiarity with Lean Agile and Business Analysis (nice to have)
