Program Coordinator Job

We are seeking a seasoned professional to run EdTech programs from start to finish. This individual should have successfully managed students, mentors, and operational processes to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run student batches end-to-end — from onboarding to successful completion.
  • Maintain classes, timelines, and outcomes on track.
  • Serve as the primary link between students, mentors, and our team.
  • Ensure students remain engaged, track their progress, and intervene if they fall behind.
  • Support mentors to deliver smooth, high-quality sessions.
  • Establish and improve post-sales processes for an enhanced student journey.
  • Monitor key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.).
  • Analyze data to identify gaps and implement program improvements every cycle.
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to enhance overall experience.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly (dropouts, delays).

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in EdTech program management (managing students, mentors, and operational processes).
  • Strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with data and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
