About the role:

As a strategic partner, you will contribute to driving business impact by implementing effective people strategies that fuel our company's rapid growth.

This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders to support a high-performance culture and manage complex employee relations. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering HR programs that drive engagement, retention, and performance.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in an HRBP role, possessing analytical rigor and HR functional expertise. An MBA from a premium Institute is also beneficial.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement, and cost for a fast-paced business.
  • Engage with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for compensation, staffing, HR services, and the business.
  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team. Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Use data to measure success, learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
  • Own and drive HR policies and directives, ensuring smooth implementation across the firm.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.
