Senior Operations Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Operations Executive. This key position involves overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the Airport Operations Control Centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for synchronizing airport processes and sub-processes to achieve quality, efficiency, and punctuality objectives in real-time operations. They will also be responsible for managing passenger, baggage, aircraft, and information at real-time to achieve airport objectives of efficiency, safety, and punctuality without compromising service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement approved Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to AOCC.
  • Carry out day-to-day functioning of AOCC in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry regulations.
  • Conduct airport operations in accordance with various regulations by DGCA and BCAS.
  • Monitor AOCC stakeholders' performance as per process defined.
  • Manage airport processes/resources in a pro-active manner to prevent operational bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate and synchronize all processes and sub-processes at the airport in real-time.

Requirements:

  • 9-14 years of experience in Aviation Industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
