Technical Product Tester

We seek a Technical Product Tester to ensure the quality of our browser extensions and web applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing both manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for our technical products.
  • Perform manual testing on websites and browser extensions to identify defects, report issues, and verify fixes.
  • Ensure that all product features, functionality, and user interfaces meet specifications and requirements.
  • Work closely with developers to identify and reproduce issues, providing detailed and accurate bug reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective communication of testing results.
  • Continuously monitor and track testing progress and report on testing status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in testing technical products (web applications).
  • Testing experience with different browsers, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
  • Experience with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or Trello.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.

Bonus points if you have knowledge in using tools such as Puppeteer and Selenium.
