About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter developer to join our team and help build scalable, high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clean architecture, Flutter internals, and state management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex Flutter applications with focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Apply clean architecture principles and SOLID design patterns for modular and testable code.
  • Implement robust state management solutions using Bloc, Riverpod, or Cubit.
  • Optimize rendering, memory usage, and widget build performance for seamless user experiences.
  • Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code reliability and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and meet project deadlines.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter/Dart.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter internals, including widget lifecycle, rendering pipeline, and isolate model.
  • Hands-on experience with state management frameworks such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Cubit.
  • Solid understanding of repository pattern, dependency injection, and layered architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance tuning.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Contributions to open-source Flutter projects.
  • Prior experience building apps for large-scale, high-concurrency environments.
  • Knowledge of plugin/federated architecture in Flutter.
