**Job Overview**

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the role of a senior associate, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions within predefined service standards.

  • Create and maintain Business Process Manuals and Training Materials as required.

**Requirements**

  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages.
  • Previous experience in administration, data entry, or high-volume type roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow-through.
  • Sound knowledge of technical and compliance issues, understanding relevant policies and legislation.
