Process Trainer
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Process Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing training and guidance to agents within the program training classroom environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with two to four years of relevant experience. Proven experience in training methodologies, soft skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
The Process Trainer will utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills to deliver training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities. They will also be accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics and ensuring competency levels meet business standards.
In addition, the Process Trainer will maintain relevant product knowledge for each account by taking calls, attending client and cross-functional meetings, and side-by-side observations. They will ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups.
- Design and develop training materials for various instructional delivery methods.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs using feedback methods.
- Recommend curriculum modifications based on internal customer feedback and/or Training Needs Analysis.
