IT Trainer

Anudip Foundation For Social Welfare is seeking a professional to deliver training and monitor the student life cycle for ensuring standard outcome.

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, with patience and perseverance. They must be able to mentor, coach and counsel students, and possess good knowledge and practical experience in the area of soft skill training/personality development.

The role involves imparting training on IT, including basic hardware & software knowledge, MS Word, internet knowledge, Google Drive, OneDrive, Online Meeting Tool - WebEx, Skype, Remote Desktop Tool - TeamViewer, Any desk, Ammyy, and advance knowledge in MS Excel.

1. Impart Training on IT.
2. Basic hardware & software knowledge.
3. Basic knowledge in MS Word, like page layout, print, header footer & mail merge.
4. Basic internet knowledge like web browsing, new email creation, online shopping etc.
5. Concept of Google Drive, OneDrive.
6. Online Meeting Tool - WebEx, Skype.
7. Remote Desktop Tool - TeamViewer, Any desk, Ammyy.
8. Advance knowledge in MS Excel.
9. Cell reference, Vlookup, hlookup, pivot table, power pivot, sumif, countif, if, or, and functions, data validation etc.

• Graduate/ Post Graduate.
• Relevant experience of at least 1(one) year as faculty or trainer.
• Relevant Industry Experience (1-3 years), aspiring for a career in Teaching can apply.
• Strong verbal and written Communication Skills.
• Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseverance.
• Should have good knowledge and practical experience in the area of soft skill training/personality development.
• Should be able to mentor, coach and counsel students.
• Must have the Liking for Teaching as a Career ;
• Prior experience as a faculty/ trainer / Instructor is highly desirable but not a must.
• Student Enrolment for the course/batch.
• Student Placement for the course/batch
