Advanced Analytics Engineer We are seeking an Advanced Analytics Engineer to join our team.
Job Description:

As an Advanced Analytics Engineer, you will develop cutting-edge methodologies to drive global development decisions and positively impact the way we conduct trials for patients. Your responsibilities include developing machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions to accelerate and enable our R&D global drug development business processes, working in agile development teams to develop state-of-the-art machine learning pipelines, contributing to patient modeling and trial simulations, and implementing and defining execution strategies for individual AI and machine learning projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor or Master's degree with 2 years of experience within a start-up, technology, or healthcare industry or a Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., artificial intelligence, computer science, applied mathematics, or similar). Experience with machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, causal inference, multivariate regression, classification, and natural language processing is required. Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages is necessary, as well as proficiency in building impactful visualizations and experience building ETL frameworks, including maintaining and measuring data quality and reporting.

Passionate about leveraging data to drive scientific innovation and experience with at least one orchestration and MLOps tool (e.g., Jenkins, MLFlow, Airflow) is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in a Linux environment and knowledge of AWS Glue is beneficial.
