Job Title: Senior Liaison Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic engagement and coordination with various government departments, driving approvals and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate approvals with relevant government bodies to ensure timely submission, follow-up, and closure of approval processes.
  • Build strong working relationships with government officials and stakeholders to foster effective collaboration.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to applicable rules and guidelines to mitigate risks.
  • Provide strategic inputs to senior management on approval timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate internally with project, legal, and operations teams to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Key Requirements:
  • 13+ years of experience in handling approvals and liaising with government departments.
  • Proven expertise in dealing with statutory bodies to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills to build trust and credibility.
  • Ability to handle multiple approvals simultaneously with strict deadlines to meet business objectives.
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in infrastructure, utilities, or construction-related approvals to leverage existing expertise.
