  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform business decisions.
    • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimizing costs and improving efficiency.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and goal-setting.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for financial performance.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
  • Accounting & Compliance:
    • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and financial reporting standards, including coordination with external auditors.
  • Cash Flow & Risk Management:
    • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and scenario planning.
