Deputy Manager-Membership Job Overview

The Deputy Manager-Membership role plays a pivotal part in ensuring membership compliance with Exchange and regulatory standards. This individual will support the team in achieving a seamless work environment.

Main ResponsibilitiesDirector's Details Management
  • Review and process applications for director changes according to Exchange/SEBI norms.
  • Screen all applications related to director details, SHP/DPG, Directors, and Transfer of membership.
  • Maintain accurate records, updating control sheets and following up with members via mail and phone calls.
Shareholding/DPG Pattern Updates
  • Examine and process shareholding/DPG pattern constitution/re-constitution applications.
  • Keep records updated and follow up with members accordingly via mail and phone calls.
Member Entity and Office Address Changes
  • Review and process applications as per norms and update SEBI Portal.
  • Process such applications without errors within the prescribed timeframe. Update member name and address in CRM database as per member request and notify other departments.

Closing alerts in Trackwizz application, maintaining monthly databases, and collating data for SEBI/Internal departments.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Educational Qualifications
  • Hold a CS/CA/MBA degree from a reputable institution/university.
  • Work Experience
  • Possess 3-4 years of experience in securities/Capital market, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
  • Required Skills
  • Proactive and result-driven.
  • Analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Effective execution skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and best practices across teams.
  • Ensure company and national regulatory standards are met.
  • Functional Competencies
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
