Job Title

As a seasoned expert in artificial intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in architecting cutting-edge AI systems that convert diverse data sources into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement multimodal reasoning architectures over heterogeneous data types, including PDFs, CAD drawings, incident reports, and regulatory documents.
  • Develop hybrid retrieval models incorporating BM25, dense, metadata, and knowledge graph features with reranking for optimal performance.
  • Build domain-specific embeddings for bilingual technical terminology and craft routing/prompting strategies for high-quality outputs.
  • Ingest and normalize disparate data sources, such as ERP/MES exports, legacy databases, SharePoint, and IoT streams.
  • Deploy large-scale document ingestion pipelines with schema validation, redaction, and temporal versioning to ensure compliance and scalability.
  • Integrate external APIs and services to enhance system capabilities.
  • Orchestrate ensemble decision-making processes combining rules, priors, and machine learning models with stringent SLAs and cost-optimized LLM workflows.
  • Operate on cloud-native infrastructure, leveraging AWS EKS, Postgres, Pinecone, Temporal/Argo, and Prometheus/Grafana for monitoring and analytics.
  • Construct explanation layers and human-in-the-loop feedback mechanisms to facilitate transparency and trust.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience building production-ready AI/ML or search systems with 3+ successful enterprise deployments end-to-end.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python 3.11+, SQL, and strong systems thinking and data modeling skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of RAG at scale, including vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS), BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, and eval metrics.
  • MLOps/SRE expertise in versioning, canaries/A-B testing, drift detection, observability, and cost/perf trade-offs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable software solutions.
