Job Title

As a seasoned legal expert, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our organization's compliance and regulatory affairs.

We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Manager to join our team and drive the development of innovative financial solutions for businesses across India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on and drafting commercial agreements, including third-party contracts, service agreements, partnerships, and license agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercial Agreement Management: Advise, draft, review, negotiate, and close commercial agreements to meet business objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support general corporate legal matters with expertise in the Indian Companies Act, 2013, and related regulations.
  • Contract Negotiation: Assist in creating and streamlining processes for efficient contract negotiation and management.
  • Communication Strategy: Lead communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Engagement: Engage proactively with regulatory bodies, providing policy advocacy support and ensuring compliance with RBI, SEBI, FEMA, and other relevant frameworks.

Requirements include:

  • Law Graduate: A Law Graduate from a recognized university with 3-5 years post-qualification experience, preferably from a law firm.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in fintech, banking, M&A, and/or general corporate legal matters is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines for NBFCs, SEBI, FEMA, and Companies Act compliance.
