About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Remote Support Specialist to join our team.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth site activities, real-time troubleshooting, and effective coordination with on-ground teams.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing remote troubleshooting support via Nokia OSS.
  • Login to Nokia OSS for RTWP logs, lock/unlock radios, parameter checks, and troubleshooting commands.
  • Guiding crews to resolve RTWP imbalance, PIM issues, and uplink interference.
  • Supporting R&M troubleshooting – radios, baseband, RET, fiber, MW, and RF jumpers.
  • Coordinating with Carrier Switch team for software load, commissioning, and integration.
  • Monitoring KPIs post-commissioning to validate site stability and performance.

Technical Expertise includes:

  • Strong knowledge of 4G LTE & 5G NR technologies.
  • Proficiency with Nokia OSS operations.
  • Expertise in RTWP/PIM troubleshooting and external interference mitigation.
  • Hands-on experience with RET troubleshooting, RF paths, microwave links, and fiber.
  • Familiarity with spectrum analyzers and filters for interference hunting.

Additional Skills include:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Earth for reporting.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and documentation abilities.

This role ensures our crews receive strong remote support during troubleshooting, commissioning, and R&M activities.
