Sr. Manager Analytics Role

Drive business growth by leveraging Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to develop data-driven solutions.

  • Lead a team of experienced professionals in ML/DL with a fully technical background.
  • Focus on production projects, excluding capstone or internet-based projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in NLP, deep learning, and neural networks.
  • Proficient in Python and one of the Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, Huggingface transformers).
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI models and architectures.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
  • Exposure to API endpoints using ASGI frameworks (FastAPI).
  • Proficiency in development tools like Git and version control.
  • Skills in deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • MLOps tools (Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow) for orchestration pipelines and model versioning.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Effective communication skills to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing, along with sound understanding of visualization.
