Job Title: Technical Architect

Our organization is seeking an experienced technical architect to support our team on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Medicaid healthcare systems and the ability to define and deliver the system architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs.

We are looking for someone who can create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, integration details, and implementation guidelines.

  • Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, workflows, and data flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to align architecture with requirements.
  • Provide guidance on technology stack, integrations, scalability, and security best practices.
  • Review solutions and ensure compliance with healthcare and Medicaid-specific standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a technical architect in the healthcare domain, preferably Medicaid.
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams (UML, ERD, workflow models, etc.).
  • Hands-on knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI X12, HIPAA compliance).
  • Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
