Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Implementation Specialist. This role requires expertise in implementing and configuring advanced monitoring tools, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Deploying monitoring tools across diverse environments and topologies distributed across different geographic locations.
  • Collaborating with application owners to gather requirements, analyze needs, and implement monitoring solutions using advanced tools.
  • Configuring and optimizing monitoring solutions to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards to visualize critical transactions and application performance.
  • Creating and customizing anomaly detection rules and alerting profiles to notify users of potential issues.
  • Integrating monitoring tools with other systems, such as Jenkins, to enhance overall system performance.
  • Managing and administering monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in implementing and configuring advanced monitoring tools.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing various tools, including Dynatrace SaaS and Appmon.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and Node JS programming languages.
  • One Agent Certification or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are desirable:

  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
