Job Title: Data Infrastructure Specialist

  • About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our database infrastructure, including installation, upgrades and migrations.
  • We are looking for an expert in SQL Server configuration and troubleshooting who can provide high availability solutions and implement disaster recovery procedures.
  • Additionally, you will be working closely with application developers to optimize server performance and deploy database objects to various environments.
  • A key aspect of this role is providing excellent support to ensure the 24/7 availability of our databases.
  • To be successful in this position, you should have experience in scripting languages such as Perl and PowerShell, as well as a strong understanding of AWS and Azure platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL Server installation, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with high availability and disaster recovery solutions
  • Strong understanding of scripting languages such as Perl and PowerShell
  • Knowledge of AWS and Azure platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
