About the Role

Egon Zehnder is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, validating, and maintaining people, company, and assignment records in our global database – Orchestra. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the available information in Orchestra.

Key Responsibilities
  • Add and update information in our proprietary database, classified and categorized appropriately, per defined standards.
  • Ensure the quality of information entered in the database is free from errors.
  • Transfer confidential candidate and company information from documents into the database.
  • Identify people and company duplicates and merge them to eliminate duplicates.
  • Research company databases and websites to build company structures in Orchestra for all industrial verticals, focusing on cleansing and de-duplication, as well as respecting off-limits.
  • Business and activity coding of people work histories and companies.
  • Handle multiple ad-hoc project requests to support the core business of EZ.
Requirements

We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high-quality work. You should be a natural forward planner who critically assesses your performance. Reliability, tolerance, and determination are essential qualities for this role. You should be able to get on with others and be a team player.

Able to spot nuances of the job and understand each task in its totality. Ability to take good decisions bearing in mind the bigger picture (bigger organizational goal).

Strong communication skills, with strong conversational ability and fluency in written and spoken English. Computer savvy, including good knowledge of MS-Office, ability to use online databases, search engines, and websites to search for information.

Business knowledge: knowledge of global markets and companies, industrial verticals, industry classifications, levels of management, positions, and roles would be an advantage.

Experience: 0-1 years of work experience in any industry performing a similar or a related role. Previous tenures of any duration at organizations involved in information, research, management consulting, database management products, or online library and information services would be highly desirable.

Timing: willingness to work in different shifts.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate.
