Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable professional to manage vendor payments and ensure financial accuracy across our projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. The successful candidate will be highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Invoice Processing: Process vendor invoices related to construction, design, and project services.
  • Invoice Verification: Verify invoice accuracy against purchase orders, work orders, and contracts.
  • Coordination and Clarification: Coordinate with site teams and procurement for invoice approvals and clarifications.
  • Timely Payments: Ensure timely payments to vendors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Aging Reports and Vendor Accounts: Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts and aging reports.
  • Statutory Compliance: Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and RERA-related documentation.
  • Payment Schedules: Prepare payment schedules and manage disbursement cycles.
  • Audit Support: Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree in Commerce or Accounting: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Accounts Payable Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
  • Understanding of Statutory Requirements: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • ERP System Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities.
