Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Network Audit Senior Consultant/Deputy Manager to conduct internal audits of telecom networks, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve network processes, methodologies, and procedures.

  • Conduct thorough audits of telecom network elements, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, transmission technologies (Microwave, FTTH, DWDM), and core networks (Circuit-Switched and Packet-Switched)
  • Identify and evaluate risks associated with telecom network operations and propose effective mitigation strategies and controls
  • Recommend improvements to telecom network processes, methodologies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize operational risks
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of audit findings, observations, and recommendations, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and management
  • Collaborate effectively with network engineers, security professionals, and compliance officers to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field, preferably from a premium college
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in related field (Network Planning, Design or Operation), preferable in internal audit, consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or industry
  • Proven track record in conducting internal audits within telecommunications or networking environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and effectively communicate with stakeholders and management
Preferred Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong technical understanding of IoT network systems and architecture
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or equivalent certifications
  • Flexibility to travel to other locations is essential
