Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled .NET Core developer to join our in-office engineering team. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, delivers high-quality solutions, and collaborates with front-end developers to deliver scalable software.

  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET Core (C#)
  • Work with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server for data management
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
  • Collaborate with front-end and QA teams to deliver features
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues in production

Responsibilities may include:

  • Designing, developing, testing and deploying back-end systems
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve the application and its overall user experience
  • Analyzing business problems and defining technical requirements

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
  • Proficiency in C#, Web API, and Entity Framework Core
  • Good SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Azure App Services, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
