Job Role Overview:

This position is a wonderful opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and delivering outstanding service in a dynamic environment.

  • Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, including information on facility locations and amenities.
  • Offer guests a selection of refreshments such as water and juice, and provide heated neck pillows to enhance their relaxation experience.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding property information and amenities.
  • Accompany guests to and from treatment rooms, ensuring their comfort and convenience throughout the stay.
  • Regularly check the computer system for updates and changes to the schedule.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, treatment rooms, and common areas.
  • Properly dispose of trash and soiled linens.
  • Secure equipment and supplies at the end of each shift.
  • Restock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in designated areas.
  • In case of accidents or injuries, report incidents to management and complete required safety training and certifications.
  • Foster a positive work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, wearing clean and professional attire, and protecting company assets.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs with genuine appreciation and courtesy.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues using clear and professional language.
  • Nurture strong working relationships with team members.
  • Comply with quality standards and expectations.
  • Perform tasks that involve reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; moving, lifting, or carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds; standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: No related work experience required.
  • Supervisory Experience: None necessary.
  • Certifications or Licenses: Not mandatory.
