Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders, including board members and investors.
  • Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and corporate policies, maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency.
  • Lead the finance team to achieve organizational goals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, financial institutions, and investment advisors to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Oversee the management of the owner's diversified investment portfolio, monitoring performance and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial qualification.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance management, with expertise in investment portfolio management.
  • Proven track record in financial modeling, risk assessment, and investment analysis.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: Rs. 1,20,000/- + Benefits
