Learning Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Learning Manager to join our high-performance team in India. The Learning Manager is responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge within the organization.

This role involves managing learning administration and operations, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and planning and executing the delivery of learning programs, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

  • Work with Learning partners in implementing learning programs.
  • Manage, administer and maintain learning catalogue in learning management system.
  • Plan and execute the delivery of learning programs, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, experience in designing and implementing training programs, proficiency in data analysis and reporting, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of 7-8 years with 2 years as a L&D specialist handling L3 tickets.
  • Proven ability to understand the training needs requirements and implement innovative programs.
  • Good knowledge of Process documentation.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of working in Excel to create dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle LMS.
