Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Join Dabur India Limited as a Supply Chain Planner and take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for driving the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with cross-functional teams to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue production plans to factories for regular SKUs, promotional, and new product developments (NPDs)
  • Provide Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) for medium and short-term (1-3 years)
  • Drive actions to improve production plan adherence
  • Coordinate and ensure product availability (DIFOT) across all distribution centers (C&FA) as per agreed norms
  • Responsible for sourcing plans for all SKUs for the categories
  • Define and implement right inventory levels of finished goods across the organization from factories to the CFAs
  • Responsible for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for yearly production and transportation budgets
  • Reduce backorders and lost sales
  • Monitor and drive actions to reduce Stock Level Obsolescence (SLOB)
  • Develop teams to improve supply chain effectiveness and performance through excellent technical ability and coaching

Experience and Education:

  • 3-5 years of experience in supply distribution planning of FMCG company
  • B.Tech/M.Tech
