Supply Chain Planner (Distribution)Responsible for distribution Planning.Drives the monthly S&OP with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Manufacturing teams to meet monthly & quarterly targets.Issue production plans to factories for Regular SKUs, Promo &NPDs.Provide RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Plan) for Medium & Short term (1-3 years).Drive actions to improve Production Plan adherence.Coordinate and ensure Product availability (DIFOT) across all Distribution centers (C&FA) as per agreed norms.Responsible for sourcing plan for all SKUs for the categories.Define and implement right inventory levels of finished goods across the organization right from factories to the CFAs.Responsible for AOP (yearly production and transportation budgets).Reduce Backorders and lost sale.Monitor & drive actions to reduce SLOB.Responsible for developing teams to improve supply chain effectiveness and performance, primarily through excellent technical ability and coaching.Work within cross functional teams to reduce SLOB for RM / PM.

Experience and Education3-5 years of Experience in supply distribution planning of FMCG companyB.Tech / M. Tech
