  • Treasury Operations:
    • Manage daily finance operations, including cash receipts and payments.
    • Ensure revenue recognition and accounting accuracy.
    • Maintain a general ledger, payroll, and utilities management.
    • Coordinate budget preparation and variance analysis.
    • Reconcile assets and monitor financial data for reporting purposes.
    • Oversee treasury operations and establish expense policies.
    • Coordinate annual audits and maintain fiscal records.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting management, controller, or treasury management.
  • In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Proven expertise in payment operations and digital payment processing.
  • Educational background in Finance (MBA, BBA).
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work in an early-stage company environment.
  • Prior experience in financial services/payments industry is advantageous.
