Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled accounting specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in accounting and be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records and reports.
  2. Budget Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement budget plans and forecasts.
  3. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable effectively.
  4. Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
  5. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to management.
  6. Month-End and Year-End Closing Processes: Support the closing processes for month-end and year-end periods.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
