Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Ad Strategist and Media Buyer. This role involves planning and executing end-to-end paid campaigns across various platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive measurable ROI.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta & Google, including building TOF/MOF/BOF funnel strategies aligned with client goals.
- Audience Segmentation: Execute audience segmentation using interest-based, custom, and lookalike targeting methods.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and CAC, and optimize daily for improved results.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the design/copy team to create high-converting ad creatives and angles.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets, A/B tests, and campaign scaling to ensure optimal ROI.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Technical Setup: Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and attribution setup.
