Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solution Analyst to join our AI for Delivery team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, process documentation, and tech support.

Responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements, supporting configuration of Copilot Studio agents, and assisting in testing and troubleshooting AI-enabled solutions.

  • Gather and document requirements, processes, and outputs.
  • Support configuration of Copilot Studio agents and prompt editing.
  • Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and refining AI-enabled solutions.
  • Maintain solution documentation and knowledge bases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or tech support.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP or enterprise software projects.
  • Basic knowledge of AI, automation, or low-code platforms.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
Key Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite is also desirable.
