Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Counselor to join our team. As a Counselor, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to counsel students/parents in Gujarati or Kannada language.

  • Provide academic guidance to students regarding programs, courses, and career opportunities.
  • Address student queries and provide accurate information about admission processes, curriculum, and policies.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while resolving concerns.
  • Update and manage student interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, academic, operations) to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Counselor, you should possess the following skills:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).
  • Fluency in Gujarati / Kannada (speaking & understanding is mandatory).
  • Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and parents.
  • Prior experience in counselling, customer service, or education sector will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
