Lead AI Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging large language models and retrieval-augmented generation techniques to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation.

Your primary focus will be on designing and optimizing AI agents that automate tasks, enhance decision-making processes, and improve overall operational efficiency across various departments. You will also spearhead the implementation of vector databases to efficiently store and retrieve high-dimensional data, enabling faster and more accurate AI model performance.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong foundation in deep learning principles and architectures, with the ability to apply them to solve complex real-world problems. You should also have hands-on experience with vector databases, large language models, and retrieval-augmented generation techniques.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead small teams or mentor junior engineers. You should also be able to take full responsibility for projects, driving them from conception to successful completion.

Required Skills:

• Vector Databases: Hands-on experience with vector databases for efficient storage and retrieval of high-dimensional data in AI applications.

• Deep Learning: Strong foundation in deep learning principles and architectures, with the ability to apply them to solve complex real-world problems.
