We're seeking a Data Engineering Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data engineering initiatives and ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals.

Job Description

Data Engineering Scrum Master plays a key role in defining and implementing data engineering practices and standards within the organization. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that data engineering activities are properly coordinated and executed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data engineering roadmaps and strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Define and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Design and implement data pipelines, architectures, and systems to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and other stakeholders on data engineering best practices and technologies.
