Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing daily operations in a department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various job-related tasks and duties as assigned.

">Main Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Execute weekly ordering by creating purchase orders for replenishment and non-replenishment orders.">
  • Analyze demand and forecast data to identify exceptions/outliers and communicate with stakeholders.">
  • Manage PO revisions, track PO status, call out exceptions, and report progress updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.">
  • Manage surveys for supply chain interruption events like factory shutdowns, vessel shortages, adverse weather, and other similar events.">
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update them regularly.">
  • Take ownership of document maintenance and disposal.">
  • Suggest process improvements and automation initiatives and engage with technology and product teams during design workshops, testing solutions, and implementation.">
  • Manage internal customer support by reviewing project requests, analyzing data, driving solutions to business problems, inventory processes, providing feedback on operations, and recommending system changes and overall process changes.">
  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply it to develop, execute, and improve action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others, supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs, and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.">
