Senior Manufacturing Facility Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the design, planning, and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing facilities. This role requires in-depth knowledge of semiconductor production processes, facility design, equipment installation, and supply chain management to ensure efficient operations and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale, capital-intensive projects from concept through execution. They should possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Skills:

  • Semiconductor Plant Design: Experience in designing and constructing semiconductor fabrication or assembly plants, clean rooms, or similar high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Project Management: Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver complex projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of semiconductor production processes, clean room environments, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing plant design, planning, or operations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
