Senior Business Solutions Manager

Location: Type: Full-time

Experience : 10-15 years


The successful candidate will lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

This includes managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Proven experience managing full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations is essential for this role.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities is required.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and proficiency in MS Project are also necessary.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this position.

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed is required.

Preferred Experience:
~7–10 years of IT project management experience.

~ Experience with CRM implementations (preferably MS D365).

~ Background in computer science, business, or related field.

~ Experience working with clients across regions.

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Monitor project progress, risks, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget constraints.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and regular project updates.

Oversee CRM system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations.

Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Coordinate environment and release management.

Prepare project status reports and post-project evaluations.
